Everyone knows that when searching for a job, the first task you will have to complete for a potential employer is, Send a copy of your resume. This is your first impression, and you will be judged. You do not want to wait until your interview to wow them. If your resume does not do it, you wont even get a chance. Do not write run-on sentences or long lists of adjectives. When employers are going through a huge pile of resumes, they do not want to stop and decipher anything. Get to the point.
