A hiring manager spends less than a minute looking at a resume – just six seconds, according to one study – before deciding whether a candidate might be a good fit for a position. So a resume has to make a big impact and do it quickly. To that end, we have put together this round up of top resume examples.
Everyone knows that when searching for a job, the first task you will have to complete for a potential employer is, Send a copy of your resume. This is your first impression, and you will be judged. You do not want to wait until your interview to wow them. If your resume does not do it, you wont even get a chance. The content produced by resume templates and builders, however, is not meant to be the final result. Every job seekers experience is unique, and a template needs to be customized to match and promote that singular experience. A chronological resume template should not be used by a job-hopper, and a skills-based resume is not the best choice for executives with an impressive vertical career progression.
